- Q. 最近的车站在那里？

关于孩子 About Children
- Q. What sizes are there?
- Size is about 70cm (28 in) to 150cm (59 in), more than 160cm (63 in) please use the adult's plan.
- Q. Are there hair accessories and bags for children?
- Yes, we have. There are lots of Japanese cute hair accessories.
Any other there are some bags and sandals that looks good in a kimono.
All can be used free of charge.
Extra fee will be charged if the staff does hair set.
- Q. What if children do not like Japanese sandals?
- Japanese-style sandals for children are easy to wear, but there is no problem even if you wear general shoes.
- Q. Can you keep stroller?
- Yes, we will keep it.
However, please be sure to keep expensive items and valuables yourself.
- Q. If the child suddenly got sick on that day, do I need a cancellation fee?
- In the case of kimono rental, no cancellation fee is required.
Please give priority to the physical condition of the child.

- Q. 替换下的衣物或行李是否可以寄放在店内？

但贵重物品请您务必随身携带保管。
当天返还・次日返还的情况下、我们可以为您保管到和服返还的时候。
- Q. 雨天等天气不好的时候也可以租赁吗？
- 一般的雨天可以租赁。
但是、暴雨・大雪・台风等其他恶劣天气的情况下、会拒绝租赁的可能。请您理解、原谅。
- Q. 我应该什么时候回商店？
- 请务必在当天17:30前返回。行李于17:30后不能退回。

- Q. What kind of cameraman are there?

- Q. Can photographers be appointed?

We will send you the download address by e-mail.

If you need USB and SD card, we sell it for 1,100yen.
